I thoroughly examine your property and discuss options, providing measurements, photos, and other documentation as needed. I provide a comprehensive punch-list of recommendations for improving a home’s appeal, organization, and beauty. We can work together to prioritize the list based on time and budget constraints.
Staging + Design + Procurement
I work in concert with homeowners and real estate agents to prepare or improve your home. If you are a home-owner, we will work together on your specific needs, resulting in an organized and beautiful home or garden. I am available to procure materials and specialty items for your home. Whether planning a complete home and garden design overhaul, a simple improvement in a specific area of your home, or a new color palette for the bedroom, I can fulfill your home and garden needs.
If you are a real estate agent, I provide you with timely and effective plans for improving the home’s flow and organization in order to maximize buyer’s interest and imagination during listing. I have a “knack” for improving a space through simple, cost effective measures: organization, rearrangement of furniture, the addition of a few “fresh” and appropriate accessories. I honor each home’s essential character and vintage, striping clutter and superfluous items to reveal an organized, elegant, and simply beautiful home and garden.
Fees
